"The War" Part 4 - Planning the Eccentrics

RYUSEITAI is back on the decline a year later, and it's looking even worse than before. While they're struggling, Chess, previously Bommgothan, previously Oltho, previously Chess, is on the rise again and becoming more of an influence in their area. All that unit drama aside, Eichi Tenshouin is back in the hospital for his bad physical health, and is now in a shared room rather than his private room. He gets visited by class representative Tsumugi Aoba, who claims to be looking out for Eichi. They talked for a small bit, and eventually got along as close friends. As Tsumugi's bound to leave, he finds the hospital roaring with activity, with Chess leader Leo Tsukinaga and Chess member Izumi Sena found squabbling at the hospital entrance. Why? SOLELY because Leo has a hatred for hospitals. Distrupted by the noise, Eichi looks out his window just to find Leo...actually right behind him. After a while, they start to get along as well...or so it seems. Eichi occasionally returns back to school with a monitor called an "Eichi Gauge". Keito and Eichi eventually meet up, and they both agree that Yumenosaki needs severe fixing. Keito mentions they need something drastic, almost extreme. And that's where The Three Eccentrics come to play. Eichi already has an idea of students who can fit this role. They were to be used as scapegoats for Yumenosaki's problems. The plans were to use Kanata Shinkai, Rei Sakuma, and Wataru Hibiki.
