"The War" Part 5 - Forming to Five Eccentrics

Eichi accepted Keito's idea of setting up the Three Eccentrics/Oddballs (or Sankijin), but decided they should have five of them instead of three. In the library, Eichi finds Tsumugi, and decides to tell him about his plan with The Five Eccentrics, asking him if he had any other ideas. Tsumugi's quite the popular guy, so he would know a few people. Tsumugi mentions Shu Itsuki, since he's talented and loved by the teachers, along with Hokuto Hidaka. Eichi accepts this, but turns down Hokuto, as he doesn't know much about him. Same with Subaru Akehoshi, since he'd be deemed too problematic. Tsumugi then remembers someone under the name of "Sakasaki". He brings up how he's a first-year genius and all that lovely stuff. Later, during library duty, Tsumugi stumbles into the secret room in the library, encountering Natsume Sakasaki, a chemist and dark magician. Natsume and Tsumugi become friends after a talk, but Tsumugi isn't done. He hurries over to Eichi to tell him about Natsume, eventually making him the fifth Eccentric.
