KPv5 Prep: Forum Spring Cleaning (Phase 0.5)

Hey everyone! As we gear up for the [*Phase 1*](https://kandipad.com/forum/announcements/kpv5-update-info-roadmap-97992058) site overhaul in a few weeks, I’m starting some immediate "Spring Cleaning" on the forums to set the right foundation. You can think of this as **Phase 0.5**. Kandi Pad is, at its heart, a platform for **kandi pattern creation and discovery**. The forum exists to supplement that, not to serve as a general social media site. To keep our community focused and safe, we are shifting back to a "Kandi-First" model. ***Immediate Changes:*** - **Removed Sections:** Venting & Drama, School, Food. Posts under these topics have been archived. If you would like a copy of your post history for these topics you can email me at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) - ***Miscellaneous* Topic:** This section remains for now but is under strict "positive vibes only" monitoring. Keep it PLUR. We are a Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect community. This is not the place for venting, drama, or spam. Once KPv5 launches and the new systems are in place, it will become an **age-restricted area**. - **Moderation:** ***IMPORTANT*** - We are moving to a one-warning policy. Minor offenses get a warning; repeat or serious offenders *will be banned*. ***STRICT Content Guidelines*** To ensure Kandi Pad remains a safe space, I have to be very direct about what is not allowed. This applies to all *posts, comments, and any song lyrics, poems, or creative writing* you may share. Please do not discuss or post content related to: - Suicide or self-harm - Politics or Religion (including Spawnism) - Dating or Proshipping - Cult-related or Paraphilic topics (including but not limited to MAP, Zoo, and Necro content) I know change can be an adjustment, but these steps are necessary to keep Kandi Pad specialized, safe, and fun for all of us.
