so my ART TEACHER says that the primary colours are blue, red and yellow and is FORCING us to use those colours and also has been TEACHING us colour theory that uses blue red and yellow!!!! :( for those that dont know, in art the primary colours are magenta, cyan and yellow because you can get more vibrant colours using those colours. you can also use mix magenta in a way to get red and you can mix cyan in a way to get blue! also when you use red, blue and yellow you can get ''purple'' but it would be very muddy BUT if you were to use magenta, cyan and yellow you would get the type of purple you think of when i say purple. heres a good video about this if you want to learn more: https://youtu.be/kYW9GoDbPE0
