My na’vi oc!!

Im thinking about making her my yume oc for lo’ak- i also based her off my kinshifts of the na’vi, so shes an oc kin <33 Here’s her backstoryyy Ren stays permanently on the beaches with the Metkayina, but all people know that she is of half-forest Na'vi descent. While the other reef children, such as Reya and Ao'nung, are busy with breathing exercises, riding the Ilus, and hunting, Ren is always distracted. She walks along the shoreline gathering dead starfish, coloured rocks, and odd roots- The other children find her a bit strange and odd, though they don't hate her, she is certainly the 'weird one' who talks to the animals and wears strange, mismatched jewellery. When the Sully family arrive, the Metkayina children make fun of them for having 'demon blood' and thin forest tails. Ren doesn't tease them at all.. in fact, she looks at Lo'ak because his deep blue skin and dark stripes are exactly like her own. While Lo'ak is having difficulty learning the Way of Water and feels like a disappointment to his father, he comes across Ren sitting by herself on a far reef, going through her shells. Since Ren has always felt she doesn't belong to her Omatikaya background, she begins to ask Lo'ak an endless number of questions about the jungle. Encourased by finally finding someone who doesn't see him as a nuisance, Lo'ak is happy to share all he knows. He shows her how the Omatikaya hunt in the upper canopies. He explains how to move silently through thick leaves without causing the branches to shake. He mimics the sounds of jungle predators and tells her stories about the floating Hallelujah Mountains. Seeing a fullblooded forest boy makes her feel for the first time that her heritage is real. The stories Lo'ak tells her inspire her-she no longer just wants to collect dead forest roots that wash up on the beach..she wants to see the big trees for herself
