Should I hold a contest for O.C voice claims?

So I'm thinking I make a forum post and describe a simplified version of some of my o.c's personalities and people do voice lines of my characters because I'm hiring VA's(despite the production of my Indie Series starting in 4 years due to my age) and I'm trying to get a better idea of what my O.C's are gonna sound like, also for male voices, if you can do a good male voice as a female I don't mind you auditioning for a male character! I have many uniquely gendered characters(I'll specify there gender as well as birth gender) What do y'all think, should I and if so will y'all actually participate or will I only get like 2 peoples voice claims. Also I know kandipad doesn't have an attach audio feature so I'll just have y'all give me a link for the audio ^^
