I think some more options in the pony bead, and fuse beads for pattern templates would be nice. I think the raw stitch would be cool. Same with a Kandi star. You could also make a misc one in both pony bead AND fuse bead. If you click the button, you can make your own pattern template. In fuse bead, only having square and hexagon is (in my opinion) pretty limiting. Having more things like star, circle, ect would be less limiting. Like I said previously, a music button would also be a good option for both fuse beads and pony bead so you don't have to constantly make shapes. Similarly to the hexagon board (like how you can choose the orientation) being able to pick how many star points on the base and how many layers/the size (small/reg, medium, and large) or something like that. Apologies for the long paragraph.
