The Matter of Venting in Misc.

E
Im going to start this off saying that I understand the rules of this site and the reasoning behind them, more specifically the rule asking for Venting to not be part of this community's forum posting. However, I believe that we all can recognize that, that exact rule has been better executed in theory rather than in reality. Some forum posters will and have continued to persist and dance around that rule's fence. That, I note, is barely bypassing the rule and even sometimes fails to. Yet I understand both. I think it isn't a stretch to say that many members of our community do have mild or extreme struggles that, without an outlet, only reside in their mind and stay stagnant. This platform, while restricting it and putting it against the rules, is likely one of the few platforms for these people where they can feel heard and comforted when they talk about what's on their minds. I am not saying that venting should be tolerated or that the rule here should be removed, but I am saying that this platform does form a seemingly welcoming community too it, and likely, venting will persist as being a constant rule breaker here and there. I understand the exact words that "Kandipad is supposed to be a positive-space first," and I understand that this space will always have that rule broken, so the best course of action I see is to try and mitigate that, with proper moderation. -Venting will not get its own forum channel, but instead a rating just like the E for Everyone and T for 13<=. This rating effects whether or not Kandipad users can even SEE or be notified of these posts, and controlled personally by a setting that is Toggled OFF by Default. This makes it so Kandipad users must INTENTIONALLY look inside their settings in order to be able to see these posts. -The rating or toggle is NOT available to the account if it is <2-3 months old, likely to ensure that alt accounts created to evade banning or warnings won't be as effective. -Any vents found WITHOUT the toggle on are immediately dealt with by common standard of a deletion of the post and warning onto the account. -Any other choices done and seem fit by those implementing it. The rules of this community are surely and completely formed in good reason, but as a member of it who understands the other side of rule-benders as well, I cannot help but declare that if we will have a rule be broken anyway eventually or constantly, we should at least have a semi-tolerated method of doing it safely. From my view, I cannot envision an option that both caters to one side over the other, and doesn't end up being a large subject for controversy and arguments across this site.
