if you feel like you cant reach out, i’m going to list alternatives to sh for you :) - rubber band (snap it on your wrist/other places as a substitute for the pain) - hold an ice cube in your hand(s) (also as a pain substitute) - butterfly method (draw a butterfly on your arm and draw over it every time you think about self harm) - carry around sour sweets or spicy foods (to replace the discomfort/pain) - hot shower or bath if you feel numb and need to feel something, sh is not the best method at all, you should try doing activities that release hormones in the brain such as bathing or showering, eating food you enjoy, if you have a pet spend some time with them, or spending time outside :)
