can someone help me read horizontal kandi patterns?

Sorry for posting this twice, i realized i put it in the completely wrong section i understand that its supposed to be kind of similar To normal vertical kandi patterns but its been like3 days and i still cant figure out how to read it. is it a different stich then multistitch stuff? it seems if i start with the first row and tie it together it would come out the wrong way. im a beginner so its a little confusing to me. ill attach an image below of an example.. tysm
