Not me being told I need therapy more than 3 times this week! 😭😭😭 Anyways, this forum is just a motivator for me, so u guys don't have to finish it. I mean, I'll delete it later anyways. Hobbies/Things I should stop doing: Being needy attention seeking selfish singing sketching watching tv being depressed all the fucking time (need to lighten up irl) lazy over eating sleeping in on the weekends Hobbies/Things I should start doing: being reliable back the hell up selfless shutting up keeping my shit to myself Study always smile clean stop eating as much go to bed earlier ik it looks really depressing, but trust, negative affirmations increase my resilience more than positive ones do. Trust. I'm okay.🥦
