a bit upset..

I just got home from watching the play that the drama club put on. The play was good, but something happened between me and my best friend. Halfway through the show, my best friend and the girl they brought with them both went to get a drink of water. They were both gone for two scenes after that. When the third scene of act two ended, my best friend came back to the bleachers to grab their stuff because they said their mother was making them come home. It seemed like that were something their mother would do, so I believed it and thought nothing of it. After the show, however, I was waiting for my mother to come pick me up when my best friend and the girl they brought with show up on their bikes. They told me that neither of them wanted to finish the play, so they just went to the playground together. I kind of feel like they only left to get away from me. I'm not even really upset that they decided not to finish the play, I'm upset because they lied to me. Even if they weren't lying at the time, the least they could have done was come back or even text me about the change of plans. I am glad that they at least told me the truth afterwards. Anyways, good night homosexuals!
