Burning spice cookie is a character from the game 'Cookie Run: Kingdom', created by Devsisters. He is one of the 5 beast cookies, some of the main villains of the story. A brief explanation of the beast cookies is they were virtues created by the witches, created to live an eternity of helping cookiekind with no other purpose. Burning spice cookie was the Herald of Change, and he fell from grace for a reason that is often extremely watered down by fans. While fans commonly believe his corruption is from simple boredom, this is actually quite far from the truth. He was depressed. He craved change from him realizing he was stuck in an endless cycle of watching everyone around him die over and over again, coming from his immortality from the witches. Why are you reading this? He became severely depressed from this. After so long of enduring this, he eventually lost count of how long his cycle had beed repeating. One day, he was made aware of yet another civilization collapsing, and yelled "ENOUGH." he then apologized and stepped outside, where he crushed something. A small thing, correct????? Nope ofc not 😔😔 He felt refreshed. It was true change, freedom from the cycle he had been trapped in. He became practically addicted to the freedom and thrill of destruction, destroying everything in sight. Once his corruption was completed, be became Burning Spice Cookie, the Beast of Destruction. Now when the 5 virtues were baked, they were gifted souljams, which made them significantly stronger than other cookies. After they all corrupted however, half of their souljams were gifted to 5 other cookies, the Ancient Heros. The 5 virtues, who are now the 5 beasts, were sealed away in a tree for millions of years. They finally broke out, and set out on their path to get revenge on their counterparts (the ancient heros who got their half of the souljam), and to get their souljams back for their power to be returned in full. The tree they were trapped in was in a place called 'Beast Yeast', which is where they all stayed after breaking free. Burning Spice Cookies counterpart is Golden Cheese Cookie, who symbolizes abundance. What happened with the two is such a shame, because they could have truly understood each other. Golden Cheese Cookie had lost her entire kingdom in the Dark Flour war, and Burning Spice Cookie destroyed his. The only difference is that Golden Cheese treasured each and every thing in her kingdom dearly, while Burning Spice was sick of his. Such is the fate of having that many expectations on your shoulders, no? Being told to just witness everything? Forced into a cycle you never wanted? The fans of Cookie Run: Kingdom really lack empathy towards him, although his actions were horrid, not only to his kingdom but to Golden Cheese as well. He's been watered down to just some angry silly destructive guy. What people don't realize about him, is that he was literally addicted to the adrenaline of destruction. It was the only freedom he ever knew, how could he not be? Now, you may be wondering, "What did he even do to Golden Cheese Cookie?" Well if you're wondering that then you sound like gingerbrave but whatever. So when Golden Cheese Cookie came to beast yeast, she did some stuff blah blah blah BORING! Anyways, eventually she gets over to Burning Spice and they obviously start fighting. Pretty quickly, Golden Cheese is severely hurt. Burning Spice is VERY disappointed about this, he wanted a better fight. After all, he DID wait a LOOOOONG time for it. So what does he do? He rips off Golden Cheese Cookies wings. Golden Cheese Cookie then gets her awakened form, where she grows new wings from the new awakening and strength of her souljam. They fight again, she wins, but don't worry!! Burning Spice Cookie is still alive until a very later update!!! (I CRIED SO SO MUCH WHEN HE DIED. HE'S LITERALLY MY COMFORT CHARACTER BRO 😭😭😭) Oh by the way, in case you don't believe me that he was depressed, after he died in the update, Devsisters confirmed that he wanted to crumble to escape everything. Crumbling is the equivalent to death. MY BABY GIRL NO!! MY SON NO!!! He's kinda still alive though because when he died his souljam didn't disappear, and during one of Shadow Milk's mental breakdowns (his recent one) all of the other beast cookies souljams were showing their personalities, with burning spice cookie saying something about destruction.
