TW: This is fiction. AND this is creepypasta, so please, I BEG OF YOU! DO. NOT. READ. THIS. IF. YOU. ARE. UNDER. 13!- (Or get easily scared.) This is my version of The Girl in the Yellow Raincoat, so it is not the original! Anyways... One day, I was just scrolling- I was bored, okay? And I came upon a story- and it was titled "Do Not Read This if You Like Sleep," so being the absolute idiot I am... I read it. It was about a girl who- surprise!.. Wore a yellow raincoat. The story said that she was soaking wet and would stand at the foot of your bed... and the more scared you were of her- the wetter she would become. And if you woke up at 2:17 AM- well... I hope you had an awful life!- I'm kidding! After I read it, I fell asleep and woke up at 2:17- what a crazy coincidence- am I right? Well... it gets crazier. I see her... I see the girl in the yellow raincoat- soaking wet. I punched myself in the head, "Please be dreaming." Nothing happened- she was real and standing right in front of me. I picked up my phone- It was broken... "What are you!?!!" I screamed. No response. I contacted the person who made the story, "This is a joke, right?" I waited. I got no sleep- until a week later. And as for the girl- she was still there. The creator said, "Based on when you sent this- you don't have much time." "What do you mean?" I replied. "Make your own story- pass this curse on." I did.
