Ending (HORROR book)

This might make some people uncomfortable. TW: Idk what to put here, it's murd3r (kinda) though. This is what I was thinking about making the ending to my horror book where she goes insane. "Mom?" I opened the door slightly. She had no cheeks, so you could only see her teeth. "You know, they're watching you." She said calmly. "I know." She nodded. "Here." She handed me a rope. "No, thanks." I refused. She nodded again. "Want me to do it for you?" I stared at her for a minute before opening the door. "You're going to do it anyways." She smiled and grabbed my neck. I was scared. "Don't worry, I'll make it as fast as I can." She banged my head on the wall, knocking down the happy pictures of my childhood. "I want my mom and dad... the real ones." Everything went dark. "I want to be free." I gasped for air. "Let me out." This is JUST a story, I hope this doesn't make anyone uncomfortable.
