Epic new oc lore

(TW: demons n possessions n cults n stuff. these are creepypasta ocs, so spooky stuff like that is kinda needed-) Tobie was raised by cult members and he got used as a sacrifice to the cult’s “lord.” This “lord” turned out to be an entire species of demon rather than just a single entity. One of these demons took the sacrifice (Tobie) and mutated the body to comfortably inhabit it. His spirit merged with the demon’s and they became one being. He then practically disappeared, simply lurking in the woods in mostly deep resentment of what he’d become but also fear of the insane hunger that grew within him. He soon learned that this hunger was only fully satisfied by hunting humans, but he absolutely hated the thought of doing that, so he hunted animals in the woods instead. It often upset his stomach and left him feeling unfulfilled, but he kept the willpower to refrain from the much more barbaric alternative. Like Tobie, Layne was raised by members of that cult. After what happened with Tobie, one demon grew bold and took over Layne’s body without being offered the child as a sacrifice. This caused a reluctant and damaging bond between Layne’s spirit and the demon’s, making the connection somewhat unstable, thus making Layne quite an unstable being. With his new mutated body, he quickly grew disgusted with himself and his violent urges. He, like Tobie, fled into the woods and sustained himself on wildlife to refrain from cannibalism. The two formed an already-sparked kinship almost immediately upon encountering each other thanks to being mutated and half-made from the same demon. They're practically brothers.
