How can I improve?...

I have a huge anxious attachment style whenever it comes to relationships, and I was wondering on how I can improve myself whenever it comes to myself feeling anxious that my partner doesn't love me anymore... We're in a long distant relationship, and we're both codependent towards each other... I want to improve myself and for my relationship with him to be honest... I hate how I am so codependent towards him for my happiness... I mean I think I can make myself happy, it's just... My family tells me that I am dependent on him for my happiness... so I believe them... They even forced me to break up with him, but we got back together.. We're just keeping our relationship a secret from my family... But I feel like I am doing a bit better with my mental health!! I think I can make myself a bit more happy! I don't know. my family thinks I can't make myself happy :<
