so I'm on an amphetamines for adhd- amphetamines can increase ur heart rate. MY HEART IS BEATING REALLY FAST. IT FEELS LIKE A RABBITS HEARTBEAT. so, my chest feels compressed. and for some reason when i shower, my heart rate increases more- so every time i shower while on my meds, i practically fall over. To make matters worse- today is one of those days where my mental heath isn't doing so good. so, I'm feeling empty inside and bored because I'm depressed, AND my heart is beating so rapidly i get dizzy every time i stand. also my leg wont stop bouncing and i cant stop shaking, chihuahua style. also i just got back on the meds, so I'm really thirsty. and for some reason when everything else is going wrong, my other issues decide to flare up. so, my back is now hurting, as well as my bad knee. and btw- on the mental health thing, im fine. sometimes i just get sad. ill get help if i go into a depression or feel like doing sh.
