I hate my weight fluctuations

I was literally like 125 2 days ago and now today im 130 and I don’t understand why because I’ve been exercising continuously. I don’t know why I can’t just stay lighter like how I am on a good day, I just wish I was like 120 or something. My mom was my height and barely 100 pounds when she graduated, I wish I was thin. I’m so utterly disgusting
