I really hate apologizing to people when it’s nothing i need to apologize for

When it really doesn’t matter like if I say something mean or do something along that line then yea I’ll apologize but if it’s for me not knowing something or not being on as much or “ghosting you” on accident then why should I say srry like maybe I will but I’ll mostly say “oh shoot i didn’t know” but it’s annoying if you make a big deal out and that makes me feel like you are now mad at me so I make a post about saying srry and I’ll try to be on more and that’s something I really hate because you don’t know what I’m going through you don’t know what I’m doing or the stuff I have on a day to day life
