I’m exhausted…

Hey guys.. so um I haven’t slept nor eating anything for 2 days now idk what to do I js haven’t be able to It is affecting me a lot but I I’m to scared too tell my partner or my mom cause my mom js paid 3,000 dollars for her surgery and I have to take care of her when she can do anything I feel like I would be a bad person if I were to tell her.. and my great grandma birthday is Almost her and sadly she passed away so I can’t spend it with her. She was one of many grandparents that showed her love even though she started to get dementia and forgetting ppl she was always my fav grandma I could had have and when she passed at her funeral (I was 8) i.. didn’t even cry didn’t show any emotion I wish it could last …
