Interesting topic not a vent [please do not take this down and a rant]

Lately, I’ve been reading some books about philosophy because I’ve been bored and looking for something to do. One of the books, I can’t remember the title, talked about how people sometimes feel the urge to disappear without actually dy!ng. This feeling is called escapism. Escapism is when you want nothing because you feel like you can’t have anything. There will always be something happening in your life, and maybe even after, depending on what you believe. People often describe escapism as wanting to sleep and never wake up. Those who feel this way don’t always want to d!e, they just want to escape from things like depression, anxiety, or other stressful feelings. It's actually a very common feeling in young adults and teenagers. But despite everything I have said if you ever feel like this you should reach out to someone because it could lead into Su!c!dal Tendencies, You should talk to someone because it could lead to wanting to actually isolate yourself. Disappearing or dying is not the right answer. You should always talk to someone you should always have a good Social Circle. You can always choose a family, but you can never choose your parents.
