So in honor of that here's my progress! Days Clean: 75 Last Attempt: September My all time low: September My mental state rn: declining but better than before My issues rn: guilt, pit in stomach, dysphoria, worry, lonely My bright things rn: friends, summer, vacation soon, Kandi motivation is up, new interests and people to hang out with over the summer Things get better! The world brightens up and there's a light at the end of the tunnel. I know you've probably heard this a million times but it does get better! Life still hurts sometimes but it's not going to stay painful. There's always someone there to help you through the hard times. If you want, I can be that person! Feel free to share your progress in the comments! I hope this doesn't get taken down for "being a vent" bc I just want to share my progress and say that there is hope❤️
