— “Who are you?!” the green algebrailen cried out, reaching out to grip onto the lever before them. “You’ll find out soon enough, Two!” a feminine voice laughed, “just sign this contract and we can chat.” As Two twisted the lever down, the being looked them right in the eye, and puncturing light greeted Two with bright white vision. “Just sign the contract! It’s easier this way.” “No, it's not! Let me go back to my contestants!” “Don’t you miss a certain someone? Perhaps, a girl with periwinkle hair and a smile you could never forget?” And for them, it was almost as if that statement rewinded time so they were standing in front of a crowd, mourning the death of a happiness that was lodged deep inside their heart. “Do you have her?!” Two screamed, “isn’t she dead?!” “That, I can’t tell you.” “Why the hell not?!” “But you’ll find out soon enough.” --- This is my fave part of the series so far
