not mean but im ACTUALLY surprised at how illiterate some ppl have become some highschooler wrote like. an essay id expect from a normal 6th grader student (they were in HIGHSCHOOL), using poor wording and changing perspective and tone and like. earlier today two people i knew said they didn't know what nuisance means i might js be a bookworm / too used to honors but isn't that a basic English word ive known it since my elementary days cro actually multiple times ovr have i seen peoples writing and have it marginally reach my definition of grade level, like 90% its only people ive known for years who can reach that but mayb my standards are too high
