Setting boundaries as a person with anxiety disorder

E
(I hope this helps you with setting your own boundaries) As A person who developed An anxiety disorder (heighten anxiety) in 2023 I've been trying to learn to cope or decrease the amount of anxiety I have. I take medication and use an app called "Head-space" (I recommend it to anyone with stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping or struggles with anything. they give breathing exerciser and many more to help people like me cope!) But medication and breathing exercises don't always work out for long. It always comes back in different forms. Right now I'm having Anxiety spasms attacks (which are mussel spasms caused by high stress or anxiety which causes your mussels to spas or twitch out in response to this as a way to release the stress/anxiety) It is very frustrating and difficult as it comes out at random times and out of nowhere. But I've released I cant work against it anymore, I've always tried to get it to go away or hide it to try and get rid of it. But I've learned that I cant try and get rid of it if its a part of me now. So if you cant work against it work with it. Therefore I'm setting boundaries. especially with phones those are difficult to get away from and cause lots of drama and anxiety/stress. so with someone like me. I need to set time limits. mainly for texting, its also a process to see what works and what does not work. I recommend talking to an adult or professional if your having related issue. but I hope this message can help you and you difficult situations like mine! just know your never alone! if u have any questions please feel free to message me!
