should I get more sleep

so I haven't gotten much sleep lately (like none) I have to focus to keep my balance on my feet my thoughts are slower than usual and uhm I've started to have to wear makeup under my eyes to hide the fact that it's like very purple under my eyes so like idk and last night as I was reading Magnus Chase cuz I couldn't sleep I started getting kinda delusional I pretended I was video calling my friend using my eyeshadow palette as a "phone" I had an entire conversation with nobody I think I need sleep
