So today I got a Neti pot, which is basically this weird looking tea-cup that you put into your nostrils & it clears out your sinuses with salt water (but not REGULAR salt, do not put regular salt btw, if you get a neti pot & it provides saline packages use those instead). I used it earlier & OH MY GOD MY SINUSES ARE HEAVENLEY. I genuinely feel so umazing right now because I can ACTUALLY breathe. Only issue with it though is that its definitely gonna feel very uncomfortable having salt water flow through your nostril & come out the other & also maybe touch your throat/get swallowed. I just realized this sounds like a sponsor no this is not sponsored but I know that since everyone has been getting sick & Hella congested I highly recommend trying out a neti pot. You can buy em at your local Walgreens or Walmart. Also, the one I got provided pre-measured saline packets, but not all of them come like that, so please don't use regular salt. It'll irritate your nose & won't work as intended.
