signs when im UPSET:: i dont talk im very dry with responses i lay my head down on desks or whatever is near i put my essa in my lap and rub the side of his head. i wont tell you whats wrong i try to be alone signs when im MAD:: i have a attitude i walk away i try to be alone signs when im OVERWHELMED:: i shake / bounce my leg when sitting i wont talk i look around like a scared dog i rub my essa’s head / cheek i cover my ears i pick at my hangnails
