Sleep schedule ruined (probably)

I just woke up at 11:30 pm which I haven’t done before in a bit since I’m getting pretty good at keeping my sleep schedule but this might break it since whenever I stay up at night it makes me wanna take a nap in the middle of the day and that makes me want to nap even more in the middle of the day and I HATE napping because I still feel tired at and waking up from a nap in the middle of the day is such a dreadful experience to me. Imma get melatonin but omg I’m gonna get so mad if feel sleepy in the middle of the day tomorrow.
