Hey! Quick update on my life. I need to tell my therapist about my self-harm and thoughts of suicide because they're getting bad again, so If I don't respond to ya'lls messages and posts after tomorrow, It's not cause I'm ignoring you, It's most likely because I'm in the hospital again.
