Uhm small vent (TW: mention of scratching + pinching sh)

So I just had PE, felt sick so I sat on the nearest bench and saw that there are still faint scratches on my arm from when my parents fought (I just couldn't bear it and (sh) scratched myself back then) I was lost in that moment and when I snapped back I realised I was (sh) pinching myself :(
