Wait I have a question(s) (therian and furry related)

So I know that furries have fursonas, and thats the animal they are connected to/dress up as. (im not sure if there's a term for that) but what about therians? Is it called the same thing? And also, what is the difference between a therian and a furry? oh and can furries also wear gear? You don't have to answer but I'd be grateful if you did, and also, sorry for asking so many questions, I was just curious all of a sudden. :3 I'm sorry if any of this is offensive, if it is, please tell me so that I can improve how I word this in the future :3
