hazbin season2(final installment<3)

I watched the new episodes(final installment!!!!) The Vees parts were the best imo just cuz like.. I love them, but everything else was pretty good too. Hazbin Guarantee was a banger, but once we got up there was like fin ig. I liked the rhythm and how musical theater it was, but I think the ryhme scheme was a little off in some places, but it could just be me, idk. The Val Hitting Angel joke was pretty distasteful, but I know that people online are going to take it way out of context so I can't wait for that. also did not expect to see Val that n@ked. I have more gripes with Storyteller cuz idk it just fell flat in some places for me. Like Pentious's backstory was just dumb imo, like maybe it is leading up to the if you think you should go to hell theory, then you do, and vice versa, which tbh is the only way I could think how the heaven/hell system could work and make sense, but idfk. Also, the speaker of god was like... IDK, she just weirded me out like I will genuinely be surprised if this bitch isn't evil cuz she is like a total guilt-tripper, victim blamer, manipulator type person(tbh it would be cool if speaker of god was like nb cuz it just makes sense in my brain). No One Like You, I don't really remember that much, so take that as you will, and Sera's Confession, all I remember was like when Sera was singing and then the speaker of god was being all angelic in the background, and it was so fucking good. Also, gravity is a banger. I actually can really empathize with Lute cuz like the only man who ever understood you is dead, and like yeah obviously the ho is hypocritical and in the wrong, but still I feel like she's just a really well-written and fleshed out character(proof Vivzie CAN write woman but I'm not gonna get into that bs today). tbh tho the biggest reason I prob didn't like this episode as much as New Pentious was that it actually had Pentious in it, and imma be real here, I don't really care about Pentious. I mean, he's fine. I just found myself enjoying other characters and their scenes more, especially in this episode, like I just never really vibed with his character as much as the others, but maybe my opinion will change. !!!!!3-6!!!!!!! before i talk abt the episodes evreyone who uses the drive(which is like 2 people but idgaf) just wanted to vent that i had to delete every file on my chromebook to get 5-6 on the drive and i also had to convert all the other episodes to a lower quality so it could fit on my chromebook(please dont be mad its only a little crunchy but if you look at it on a smaller screen like a phone than it looks perfect trust) epsiode 3 was prob the most filler but that doesnt mean its bad. i loved the huskerdust scenes and vox and velvette was a literall mood and im living for it but also im biased(i want vox so bad😢) piss and speedrun to redemption were fine ig the only thing i have to say about it is Krystina Albado sound amazing. also luv brandon as katie ive heard people say they miss katie's old voice but i like brandon cuz i luv bryce tankthrust(although it culd also be because i never got attached to the pilot as much as others cuz i watched it after watching hb and then season 1 came out like 2 weeks later and then i realized i'm non binary and i was like "well fuck") anyways episode 4 now and wow its actually so good i think im gonna have a trend of having ep4 being my fav cuz 1st of all the songs BANGERS i love all of them no notes then the plot was also crazy cuz it was like alastor and rosie then niffty song then VOX AND AL FIGHT then then the reprise and im just like GIVE ME MORE and tbh there isnt much i have to talk abt it cuz i personally believe it was that good but then we did get more. today. so episode 5 was amazing so like it may just be because I'm a simp but vox is kinda aright and I'm kinda indoctrinated and I know thats bad but i actually think they could win and so im gritting my teeth as Al is sinking his teeth into Vox's insecurities and drawing the vees apart because if they're together they could get to heaven and rule but if theyre apart they cant and again all the songs are bangers and just uuuugggghhhhhhh episode 6 ok so like carmilla doing a deal wth vox totally makes sense and i just cant blame her at alll because yeah at least rn vox is prob gonna win this war and carmilla needs to protect her CHILDREN so yeah it makes sense she is not in the wrong here cuz like doing the nice thing and the right thing isnt always the same thing. chaggie agnst was fun it just worries me cuz i feel like the only way you can make chaggie interesting is by giving them agnst. love in a bottle-banger. losin streak-banger also Angel in drag he's so pretty omfg i love him and agian huskerdusters getting fed eeehhhhhhh but no Angelbeing brainwashed by vox is actually crazy but its so good cuz it does make sense and i feel so bad because angel tries to act indifferent but we know he's not when it comes to the hotel and i just dont know how he's gonna deal wth this and the guilt(even though its not his fault) and then like vox continuing to brainwash him is just fucking wild anyway 7-8 next week and then nothing else and i dont know what im gonna do with my freetime anymore !!!7-8!!! ok finally got motivation to 7-8 so here we go. human vox is hot. ok but other then that i think vox using lucifer is pretty smart when thinking about it and the songs were pretty peak. the finale also just proved that Valentino is one of the best written characters becuase the narrative can make us go from feeling bad for Val cuz vox is being a dick to hating him cause he's an abuser and a horrible person. although i really dont have alot more to say because i feel like 7 was mostly just a lead up to 8. so the finale is crazy and first i wanted to talk about vox and alastor. a lot of people have talked about this so i'll keep it light but like in brighter it shows us that vox has always been out for himself killing people to get their power always rising so he can fufill his narcissistical fantasies(because his parents were probably abusive and never gave him validation or smthn😢) and then he goes to hell and falls in love with alastor and actually wants to work with him and vox admires him. and then alstor spits in his face. vox has to beat alastor because alastor is the only person he admired basically ruining the one time he was vulnerable ever. so yeah alastor is a fraud and an asshole :D another thing i wanted to talk about was when sir pentious was like yea ive been redeemed and all the sinners were like yay i was just watching so confused because genuinely why do these sinners give a flying fuck about redemption. these are peope who are accustomed to killing people for fun why should they care about becoming a better person. and the thing is the sinners have been shown that they dont care about redemption. its not like it being proven that its possible should change much. the way i think about it is that we are seeing things through Charlie's pov and she's just seeing what she wants to see. anyway last thing i wanted to say is abt baxter and how he's a nothing character. the 2 things he has done were only dont to advance other people's narratives. talking about pentious wth cherri was only for cherrisnake and then him in the finale in which he coincidentally has a shallow view of what makes a friend and coincidentally happens to be a high-ranking employee of voxtek that has been around since near the beginning of the company and designed their security system???? Despite what the narrative wants you to believe Baxter is simply a meaner clone of pentious. he knows the same things as pentious and he does the same things. i mean think about would season 2 would go that differently if baxter was just pentious. no, not really. maybe they'll flesh out his character next season but for now he kinda sucks as a character thanks to everyone who has kept up with my shit and read all the way through.
