Rant about bones

Bones are commonly perceived as gross. Just because they were once inside a creature. So why do I find them so fascinating? I’ll tell you even though you didn’t ask. After you take away the blood, the brain, and the soul, all that’s left is the bones. They are the one indicator that there once was life here. They are the remains of a life that was once lived. The soul may be gone, moved on to another life and body, but bones still hold a piece of it’s existence. Bones look fascinating as well. Looking at them, you can figure out the structure, and how that benefited the animal they belonged to. Why is this bone curved that way, why is the thinner here and thicker there? There’s always a reason. Thanks for reading my rant. Here’s some pics of my favorite bones in my collection. Please feel free to ask about them.
