Coming out??

E
So. ... I'm thinking of coming out to my family. For those of you who don't know, I am a transgender man, pansexual, and a demiboy. I've been trying to give my household (Mainly my parents) a couple hints that I'm trans, but they're clueless so far. Either the sign I give gets completely overlooked, or its "(Insert deadname here), you're not a boy..." So. Where do I start? Well, I'm thinking of starting with my dad or my older sister. (Mind you, I belong to a CATHOLIC FAMILY. Being transgender is a big no-no according to Catholicism.) Reason being, my older sister well...she's my sister, and is supposed to be there to support me. My dad might understand more than my mom... (my mom gets...intense. Like, yelling and stuff.) ...and I trust my dad a little more to be calm and actually listen to me. Whelp... My anxiety has been THROUGH THE ROOF because of this. I mean, more than usual. I want to come out, but I'm extremely nervous and anxious. So much so that I can hardly get through a day without overstimulating or getting extremely overwhelmed by the smallest things. It's not helping with my social anxiety, mental health, or overall well-being. I'm sorry this is so long, but I needed to tell someone how I am feeling. Getting this off my chest is for sure going to help with my mental state. Can someone give some tips on how I can come out to my parents, and later my entire family? Love you all. <3 ![](https://media0.giphy.com/media/0saxF4eNE7x2fEqrN6/200w.webp?cid=5a911871f46i66bzq0mk5utjaht4zrgl4xy280mlr2c7d4bj&ep=v1_gifs_search&rid=200w.webp&ct=g)
