for a long time, I thought that being trans and being genderfluid were the same thing. Of course, at the time, I didn't even know the term "Genderfluid" existed, but I thought that if you were trans it meant you switched back and forth between being a boy and a girl AND I THOUGHT IT WAS WEIRD. I feel like a transphobe- I'm so sorry to every trans or genderfluid person out there- ofc I don't think that anymore- I started thinking that when some kid in my grade (I think we were in 5th or 6th grade at the time) came out as trans and transitioned and then I found out that transgender existed I think this was before I started identifying as bisexual so it was prob 5th but like I thought being transgender was genuinely weird like "ew who would wanna be trans" because I thought it was a CHOICE. MY YOUNGER SELF WAS TRANSPHOBIC. IM SO ASHAMED. IM SORRY.
