... I feel sick

so I just found out that my three of my friends are in a polyamorous relationship I want to support them I really do but like I just I cant and now I feel like a horrible person idk if it's the two packets of Italian dressing I drank or the fact that my friends would prob hate me if they found out but I feel like I'm gonna puke pls help... and bowie if you're reading this pls don't tell them I don't want them to hate me
