Beginning of a Perler Journey

E
I love pixel art. Anything to do with colored squares, and I'm all over it. Crochet? Embroidery? Color by number? Tapestry? Beading? I've done it all. Now, I revisit this fondness years later, and I'm locked in. I'm determined to make this a beautiful new hobby, one of the many I don't have enough money for. A journey of trial and error (mostly error) so far, starting from Keroppi...found out I liked the flat iron look more, and learned about the tape method. I'm proud to say that Maul ended up being a successful and shiny present for my husband. Not pictured is a failed holographic attempt with a resin coating. Poor My Melody has glitter nail polish on her that didn't turn out great, but she is a part of this journey. Nobody told me how much you need to be prepared to fail in this hobby! But its been very fun so far and I'm excited to make more. Challenging, but I love a challenge. Everything I have made so far, I have used patterns from this website! I can list them if need be. I plan on making way more patterns and perlers in the future. Trust and enjoy the process!!!!
