What do I do??

I recently got my friend a plush, and she said she wanted to bring it to school, but didn't have room in her backpack for it. (We don't use the thousands of lockers we have) I said that I'd make her a baby carrier for her to just carry the plush with her, and she seemed SUPER excited about it. The problem is, first of all, that I don't have a pattern and I'm tied between using a multi-stitch or a peyote; second of all, I would use black beads but I might not have enough so I might have to use white beads, but I feel that would be ugly. I don't know what to do with this right now
