Help with someone in science

I don’t know which topic to put this in, but I feel like this is the best spot next to the miscellaneous one. So there’s this boy in my science class who keeps asking me if his muscles are big, he’s asked me this a couple of times now, and honestly, they’re basically non existent but that’s not what this is about. So, I don’t know what to do about it or why he’s asking me this. I’m pretty bad at the whole interpreting what people mean when they ask things like this, so I have no idea if he’s flirting with me or if he’s just bothering me. I don’t want to report it to the guidance office just yet in case he is just being annoying, but I don’t know what to think about it either. Both times so far I’ve just told him no and ignored him, but I was hoping that you guys could help me with what to do about it or if you guys have any good answers to it. Ty for any help you guys have :3
