i'm SO pissed off

i'm not even gonna explain all of this because it's a handful <\/3 basically, we have an assignment today in our online class, physical science. we did not have the resources to finish everything, some of us emailed her, and i let her know i couldn't do everything because we physically do not and cannot have that information. she tells us to just watch the video. what's the video? its just her doing the experiment :sob: she tells us to read the instructions. they were unclear, and i'd already read it perfectly fine. she gives me a ZERO because of a mistake on HER part. the email i just sent her: Hello Ms. White! I am contacting you about a zero in the grade book. I only had noticed when my Mum had sent me a screenshot. As you know, some of our classmates went and emailed you about the bubble assignment, and how it could not have been properly done. It had taken me until after I had submitted mine to realize that you wanted us to use the google doc link you had given us. I looked through it, and only questioned as to how this would work. I was told you just told us to watch the video, and that we hadn't read the instructions properly. I read through the instructions perfectly fine, and I had to base my answers off of your video. I had done everything I assumed needed to be done. Though, I must add that the video you had in the assignment was extremely quiet, and even when at full volume, it was just below a whisper. This wasn't an issue with my computer, as I checked the sound separately, and this was a class-wide issue, not just me. I must ask you, why would you give me a zero, when the class has expressed that the assignment could not be properly done, as 1.) We do not have the materials. 2.) You are asking us to measure said tools physically, this is near impossible as we cannot find nor have said tools. 3.) You are expecting us to complete the assignment despite a lack of accessibility to the tools required. 4.) I have done all I could to try and finish the assignment, stating the reason as to why the other things may not be finished, and yet you gave me a zero. I want to ask you as to how you expect us to complete the assignment as such, when the things that we need are out of reach, and difficult to get within the span of time. I and my friends searched the school for the materials, though we came back with a lack of the bubble rods. I can look through the given google doc, and I can see what I can do. Things will be unfinished as it is extremely difficult to even attempt getting anywhere near to what you expect. I would like you to review this thoroughly, and respond back with some answer as to how you expect us to complete it. Thank you! (I am very sorry if I sound somewhat angry, I am just exhausted as this was supposed to be a half-day, and I've had no time to myself, and it is now 4:20. I left at around 11-12ish.
