I know I have already brought attention to this in one forum but, about blocking people, if you block someone they can't view your account but you can unblock them and look at there profile, this could be a problem with stalking on kandi pad or harassment. You can easily use this to if someone was going to block you you can block them first then go ahead and later unblock them to view their profile then block them again.
