How to close up a doll head

Probably not correct but just how I invented how to do it, won’t be the only way to do it tho and I won’t be the first person to do it like this.

Step 1

Make sure the string is coming out of a bead that’s high up rather than the dip (the top row)

Step 2

Thread the string through all the top beads including the one you first went through then pull tight (you could speed this up using a needle I’ll probably use one in the next step lol)

Step 3

It will look like this when it’s tight

Step 4

Don’t worry if it looks like a square that’s normal, add one bead skipping over one bead like shown and repeat this 4 times then pull tight

Step 5

It should look like this.You can tie off now. Optionally go through the four beads again to strengthen the top

Step 6

Done!
