Hiiiiii ima make a lil tut on how to make a double rotator cuff :)

Step 1

For step one you jave to make a 6 layer x-base for the base of this kandi :)

Step 2

Add the bumpers for the top NOT THE BOTTOM (it helps if u know how to make a 3-d rotator cuff)

Step 3

Make a 3-d rotator that fits onto the base and then put it on the base

Step 4

Now you can add the bottom bumpers to seal the 3-d rotator in

Step 5
