Hi, this is a tutorial on how to make custom charms for kandi out of hot glue. I always don't have any charms to put on my Kandi so this is my go-to charm making process. Tw!!!! : Sharp objects!!!!!!!!!!
Step 1
Supplies : Hot glue, parchment paper, a small keyring or something to put the charm on the kandi, Markers (not in the photo). Optional supplies : Scissors, Plyers (highly recommended).
Step 2
First you are going to place your parchment paper down on a flat surface. The parchment paper MUST BE FLAT (Don't fight me on this one π). The you are going to sorta draw with the hot glue gun and your just gonna make your design. I am going to make a rainbow π so I am making a half circle outline. Make sure that you don't have such thing lines, if the lines are thin it could cause it to break π.
Step 3
Now wait for it to dry. β° (Don't fight me on this either π)
Step 4
Once it is dry we are going to color it. Peel your design off the parchment paper and flip it over. You MUST flip it over to color unless you want an UGLY MESSED UP CHARM. To color I am using acrylic paint markers π but anything with acrylic paint will probably work. Now your just gonna color the back πΌ.
Step 5
You MUST wait for it to dry (Another thing you better not fight me onπ ). When it is dry you use the scissors to trim it up a bit. (I just trimmed it up while I am typing this but I didn't when I was taking the pictures.
Step 6
Finally your gonna attach the keyring or whatever ur using. It won't be hard to poke a hole in it with the thing but if you need to, you can use scissors β.
Step 7
Now ur done π!!!
Thanks for following along, I know it wasn't to much kandi related but I really wanted to do this so people could have more insperation and ideas.
