how to make a Kandi star glove! mine is Jax/lily? themed so if u want that follow along with my colors aswell
Step 1
first ur gonna wanna get about 2/3 of a wingspan of ELASTIC CORD guys if u don't have it its ok but if you do PLS USE IT! plastic string is more susceptible to dry rotting and it does not last!
Step 2
string ten beads onto your string and keep it to one side if u are following along with my colors I did dark purple (Ik it looks kinda blue but its just my camera)
Step 3
tie it off relatively tight (still keeping it on one side) and cut off the SHORT TAIL
Step 4
If its not already in a Pentagon shape, shape it into a Pentagon, and then take the string and string it through the nearest point of the pentagon
Step 5
then take four beads and put them on the string for ppl following along with the color I'm using regular purple
Step 6
put the string through the next point of the pentagon and pull tight
Step 7
Repeat all the way around
Step 8
String the cord through the first three beads of the point ur by
Step 9
add on five beads to your string for ppl following along with my pattern I'm doing 2 light purple one yellow then another 2 light purple

string the cord through the 2nd and 3rd beads of the next point and pull tight

repeat all the way around

string the cord up into the 1st 2nd and 3rd beads of the point the cord is by

then cut a bit more than a singles worth of string off the end

put a few beads onto the string I'm doing dark purple, purple, light purple, yellow for my pattern if ur following along with my pattern, I did 3 repeats of that pattern, but on the last one I skipped the yellow
Step 15
string the cord into one of the bottom points (the one with the string coming out of it is the top one)

then put about 5 beads onto the string and put it through the next point

add enough beads so that it fits around your wrist and tie it off also cut off the ends

If u want your star glove to sit a little higher on your wrist/hand like the picture above, go to step 24 if u don't, go to next step

If u want urs to look like this, continue to the next step!

add one bead onto the string at the top
Step 21
then loop your string back and thread it through the point that the string was coming out of. Pull it tight and it should look like the picture above. If it doesn't, you may be doing something wrong, so just try again.

then thread the string into the bead above

repeat until it gets to about your knuckle, maybe a bit above. just try to match it to where it is on my hand

Make a ring with the string and thread it back through the starting bead I'm not using beads for mine bc of sensory issues

if you made the extra bead thingy, thread the string through the gap in between the bead that your in and the bead below it but don't pull all the way
Step 26
thread the end of the string through that loop and pull tight. repeat 3-4 times
Step 27
if you didn't make the extra bead thingy do the same thing but for the first step thread it through the hole in the point instead if you dont understand look at the picture and I hope that helps and then ur done!!!!!!
