How to make star lizard

Hello!! For this pattern you will need basic knowledge on ladder stitch/lizards

Step 1

SUPPLIES you will need: 2 beads for the eyes 21 beads for an accent color 29 beads for a main color String (i use pony bead lacing cord) Scissors Keyring (optional)

Step 2

Making the head Start by adding one main color star onto your string Ladder stitch 2 main color beads Keep ladder stitching with the other colors like shown in picture (eye color, main, eye color (3rd row) 3 main color (4th row) 2 main color (5th row)

Step 3

Add the arms Add 2 main color beads and then 3 accent color beads to each side String through the 2 main color beads to create the arms

Step 4

Making the body Like the head, you will ladder stitch the colors shown in picture (Main bead, accent bead, main bead (row 6) main bead, 2 accent beads, main bead (row 7) repeat row 7 for row 8, repeat row 6 for row 9

Step 5

Adding the legs Repeat step 3

Step 6

Making the tail 2 main beads (row 10) Accent bead (row 11) Main bead (row 12) Accent bead (row 13) Main bead (row 14) Accent bead (row 15) Tie off

Step 7

(Optional) add keyring
