TW: Scissors Intermediate kandi makers recommended. Sorry for the quality of the photos, and the shadow. I use multiple colors, and each one will be "color #" so you kinda know which one I am talking about. You don't have to use multiple colors, but it makes it a little easier!! :D
Step 1
You will need 20 beads of color 1, 20 beads of color 2, 20 beads of color 3, 10 beads of color 4, 15 beads of color 5, and in total there is 85 beads. You will also need scissors, and an amount of string (I'm too lazy to measure it)
Step 2
Add 10 beads of color 1 onto your string.
Step 3
Tie it off using 3-4 knots, and cut the short end off.
Step 4
Stitch your string up into the nearest point.
Step 5
Add on 3 beads of color 2.
Step 6
Repeat around the star until it looks like this.
Step 7
Stitch your string through the 3 beads of the nearest point.
Step 8
Add on one bead of color 3, and stitch your string through the next three beads again, and repeat this around the star.
Step 9
It should look like this, and stitch your string to the top of the closest point.
Step 10
Add on two individual beads of color 4, and repeat, almost like you are doing a peyote stitch.
Step 11
It should look like this so far.
Step 12
Add on one bead of color 2.
Step 13
Then, add 3 beads of color 3.
Step 14
Repeat steps 12 and 13 around the star, til it looks like this.
Step 15
Stitch your string into the two numbered beads shown.
Step 16
Add on 3 beads of color 5.
Step 17
Then add 2 individual beads of color 1.
Step 18
Repeat steps 16 and 17, and you star is nearly finished!!!
Step 19
Take the string, and put it through the middle of one of the closest points. The, you should see a loop, as long as you didn't pull the string all the way through. Put the end of the string through the loop, and pull it tightly to create a knot. (Recommend 3-4 knots)
Step 20
