Light up cuff tut! XD

Hi heres how to make a light up cuff but if u dont want it to be a rotator u can skip the first part :)

Step 1

Make a 5 x x-base and add bumpers to ONE SIDE!!!

Step 2

Make a 2 x x-base (imagine the pic with only the x base :/

Step 3

Attach lights! U can do this by weaving it through beads but make sure that the wire is visible (for glow XD)

Step 4

Add five beads and weave it through (like a mini rotator)

Step 5

Add seven beads and weave through the tips of the five beads

Step 6

Do that to the other side (the 5 and 7 bead thing)

Step 7

Attach them together (idk how to explain so do ur best XD)

Step 8

To finish the rotator (if its a rotator) put it on the rotator and add the rest of the bumpers!
